2013
In 2013, Fraser and Neave, Limited (parent company of Times Publishing Group) becomes a part of Thailand's TCC Group, which is engaged in food and beverage, real estate, industrial trading and consumer products, insurance and agriculture.

2011
JCS Digital Solutions Pte Ltd is fully acquired to accelerate the Group's foray into digital print solutions.

2009
Times Printers unveils its new brand identity - timesprinters.

2008
Times Printers acquires 51% shareholding interest in JCS Digital Solutions Pte Ltd which is complementary to the mainstream printing business.

2002
Times Printers acquires Everbest Printing Holdings Limited, which provides commercial printing services for the International markets from its base in Guangzhou, China.

2000
Times Publishing Group becomes a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, Limited.

1991
Times Offset (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is established; it is today one of the largest commercial printers in Malaysia.

1984
Times Publishing Group merges with The Straits Times Press Ltd and Singapore News and Publications Ltd to form Singapore Press Holdings Ltd, a S$1.4 billion publishing conglomerate.

1975
Times Publishing Group (the parent company of Times Printers) is reorganised with its parent company into 2 public companies, The Straits Times Press Ltd in the business of newspaper publishing, and Times Publishing in the non-newspaper publishing business as well as the printing and advertising sales for the newspapers. Collectively known as The Times Organisation, shares of both companies were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange on 20 October.

1967
Times Printers Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore.
